Any leads with bad phone numbers (disconnected or wrong person), previously contacted and underage are replaceable within 10 days of receipt. Leads who are not interested or who say they didn't request information ARE NOT replaceable as we cannot guarantee that each person will be interested in your opportunity and all leads have the ip address of the computer that requested information for validation of request. Leads with bad email addresses are also not replaceable. With so many email providers installing new spam parameters, it's impossible to tell if an email is truly invalid or if it's been caught by a spam filter.
